What we keep, and why.

If you create an account, we store your name, email, and a hashed password. If you turn on Authenticator, we store an encrypted secret so we can check the six-digit code.

Payments go through PayPal. We store the checkout session, the bid amount, and the listing it belongs to. We do not store card numbers.

When someone opens a Get Rank link, we record the listing, a visitor cookie, and the referrer if the browser sends one. That is how owners see clicks. The destination gets utm_source=get-rank.

Contact notes you send us are stored so we can reply. We do not sell this data. Questions: hello@getrank.site.
