We do not refund paid bids

A Get Rank bid is a one-time payment for a place on the public board. There is no subscription. Once PayPal confirms payment, the listing is live, the bid cannot be lowered, and the payment is not refundable.

We do not refund because you later want a different rank, URL, or slug. We do not refund because the listing did not bring visitors. A listing is not a promise of clicks, traffic, or any amount of visibility.

If checkout fails or PayPal does not confirm payment, you are not charged. That is not a refund — the bid never completed.

Chargebacks for a listing that went live may lead to removal of that listing. Removal is not a refund.
